Is it possible to change Excel 2007's default pivot table function? For example, each time I add a field to a pivot table, it summarizes the data by 'Count' (the default) when most of the time I want 'Sum' - and then I am stuck clicking on each field to manually change Count to Sum.

Thanks!

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.

usually Excel recognizes amounts to be summed. It will make it a count if you have text or blanks in your amount columns
