Change Default Text Box fill and outline values

Hello all,

Does anyone know of a way to change the default values for excel text boxes, so that the text box changes in NEW worksheets as well as the current worksheet?

For example, I typically change the fill color and border color/weights in excel text boxes. I have used the method of right clicking and then 'set as default text box,' but this doesnt work for new worksheets. Any help would be much appreciated!
