does anyone know if you can change the font colour of highlighted text in word. We highlight the sections of documents that are regularly updated for reports in YELLOW highlight so that people can find the new bits quickly. when the report(s) is (are) published, the highlighted text is in black font colour. once the doco is published, we roll it over to the next week. this process involves changing dates and then changing all the highlighted text from Black to RED. Once the section has been updated in the rolled over report, the text is changed to Black again. we do it this way so that my team knows whether passages have been updated for the latest report.
