Change from Activeworksheet to a specific worksheet

Greetings, the following Macro works perfect for me with the exception it is occurring on my active sheet. I need it to happen on worksheet "Inbound FIDS". My macro is on the active sheet which is why I need to change the Macro to "Inbound FIDS". Thank you,
