Hi,

I hope you're well.
I currently have a SUMIFS statement that works very well, but I need to delete the reference column that it's using to sum ("request"). So I thought I could replace the SUMIFS with COUNTIFS and use another reference column, however, the formula is not working.

Here is the formula: =SUMIFS(requests,request_date,">="&DATE(YEAR(D3),MONTH(D3),1),request_date,"<="&EOMONTH(D3,0),region,$B$7)

I get an error message that says "You've entered too few arguments for this function"

Would you please help?

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
The arguments in SUMIFS and COUNTIFS are not the same. You don't have the "Sum-range" in COUNTIFS.
