Dear all,

My name is Taco Guichelaar and this is my first time on this site because I have a problem with excel which I can't solve by myself.

I have an excelsheet and when you go with the cursor on a yellow field it shows some text with additional information of that cell. How can I change the text in these 'comments' of every cell. It's not a regular comment. So I think it's a label, but I can't find how to change it. When I go to the 'developer' tab I can only find an option to add a label, but nowhere how to change it.

I hope someone can help me with this. Thank you in advance!

Best regards,
Taco

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)

Thank you for your comment nemmi69. That was the first thing I already tried, but it's not a regular comment (no red traingle in the upper right corner). So that's the problem, I don't know exactly what it is. Whenever you go in a cell the message/comment of that cell pops up automatically. I guess it maybe is a label? But I have tried that through the 'development' menu, but that doesn't work either. I have found a youtube movie, but I hope it's not that complicated and there is an easier way....?

Is there any VBa code on the worksheet?

It could be a data validation message. These pop up when a cell is selected.

Yes, that's the one I was looking for. So in the end it was easier than a VBA code or anything like that. I can proceed now. Thank you so much!
