change number to time

I have some numbers listed like below and I want to change to time

Is there any formula to change them to the correct time format.

thank you for your help.

:08:47 - this means 8 minutes 47 seconds

:21:24 -

:18:59

:00:04 - this means 4 seconds

:00:03

:00:38

You can use this formula, then format the formula cells as Custom, mm:ss

=TIMEVALUE("00"&A1)
