When Checkbox1 is checked…<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>
Code:
[FONT=Verdana]Private Sub CheckBox1_Click()<o:p></o:p>[/FONT]
[FONT=Verdana]<o:p></o:p>[/FONT]
[FONT=Verdana]TextBox1.Visible = True<o:p></o:p>[/FONT]
[FONT=Verdana]ListBox1.Visible = True<o:p></o:p>[/FONT]
[FONT=Verdana]<o:p></o:p>[/FONT]
[FONT=Verdana]End Sub<o:p></o:p>[/FONT]
<o:p></o:p>
<o:p></o:p>
How does one make TextBox and Listbox invisible when Checkbox is unchecked?<o:p></o:p>

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
Code:
Private Sub CheckBox1_Click()
    With CheckBox1
        TextBox1.Visible = .Value
        ListBox1.Visible = .Value
    End With
End Sub

You can check its state then toggle visiblility based what happens:

If CheckBox1.Value = True then...

Or just do it directly like this:

Me.ListBox1.Visible = Not Me.ListBox1.Visible
