I need to change the color of a cell or range of cells to red when the value of another cell is zero Thanks

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
select your range to color. Then:
Conditional formatting | New Rule | Use a formula to determine which cells to format | type in the box:

=$A$1=0

Where $A$1 is the cell with the value zero
