Is there a way to change the Excel icon to a company icon using either a *.bmp or *.ico file?

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
Sort by date Sort by votes
Didn't realize a similar thread was posted earlier today. I will follow that source.
