Change userform backstyle to transparent

hi there - using excel 2003.

Can i change the userform backstyle to transparent?
Does anyone know how?

I want to be able to use an image as the userform background so that i can get away from the usual square or rectangle for my form.

I hope this is possible and that someone can help.

ps. is there a way to change the shapes of command buttons?
