Change within a Range activates Worksheet_Change event ??

How do I write code that activates when there is a change within a range of cells on a worksheet ??

For example, if any cell within the J30 to J500 range changes I would like to do a specified copy routine.

I can deal with the copy routine, but I don't know how to write the code saying
if a change occurs within this range, then do the following.

An example would be helpful.

Also am I correct in assuming that I can have several of these type of IF change occurs in this range THEN do that routines ? (For example, if Change occurs within J30 to J500 then do copy routine #1. And if Change occurs within M30 to J500 then do copy routine # 2, etc.)
