Changing Bar Graph Bars to Images

I want to change the bars on a standard excel bar graph to an image. The graph I am working on is about battery recycling, and I would like to have each bar represented by images of batteries (One bar would be one battery, another would be 2.5 batteries and so on). Ideally, I would like to be able to import an image for use in the graph.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To convert a data series to pictures, start with a column or bar chart. Then , access the chart's Format Data Series dialog box and select the Patterns tab. Click the Fill Effects button to get the Fill Effects dialog box. Click the Picture tab and then click the Select Picture button to locate the graphics file that you want to use.

If you have the picture already embedded in the sheet, copy it, select the chart series, and paste (Ctrl+V).

After you use either approach to put the image into the series, you need to make sure the images are stacked and not just stretched to fill the bars. In the Fill Effects dialog, on the Picture tab, check Stack or Stack and Scale to, and enter an appropriate value.
