Hi all

Can anyone help (or point me to a youtube video?) please?

I need to change the colour of cell D6 to either red, yellow or green based on the total numerical value inputted in to cells B5 - B26 combined

Any ideas how to do this? Ideally I'd like B5-26 to be a simple yes/no drop down if that's easy to do as well?

Thank you in advance!

If I understand correctly, the basic idea would be similar too something like below.
For simplification I've added the SUM in the cell you want to colour.

Not sure I understand how numerical values can be a "Yes/No" drop down?
But a drop down is this kind of data validation, via Data Tools on the Data Ribbon.
