Changing Cell Values

Morning All,

I need a program that will change the value of a cell within a column based on another cell, for example if the value in column E is less than or equal to 0.75 then change the value in column K to 1. If the program could loop through all the rows in the sheet that would be great. Thanks in advance for any help

how is column K populated and what happens if the corresponding value in col E is greater than 0.75?
