Changing Column Header based on cell input

In F10 I have a column header, "Average 24 week growth".
In F9, I want to put a numeric value. I want whatever this value is to update the cell in F10.

For example; if I put the number 8 in cell F9, I want the F10 cell to read, "Average 8 week growth".

Any ideas?
