Changing default format on the tool bar

This is really more of an annoyance to me than a real problem, but it has been irritating me for a long time.

When selection the $ or Comma format on the tool bar, I would like to have it show without decimals. For %, I would like it to be 1 decimal.

Is there a way to change the default for this?

I have recorded macros in a personal WB and attached them to icons on the custom tool bar, which worked fine for a while, but now that doesnt work anymore for some reason and I haven't had time or energy to try to chase down the cause.

It's just really irking me.

If anyone has a solution, great, but don't let me keep you from real issues other people have, as I just got some great help earlier this week with a real problem.

Thanks
