Hello,

I was wondering if there was a formula to automatically change the Display text for a hyperlink. in column N I have a long list of hyperlinks. In column A I have the text I would like to have displayed in column N as the hyperlink. Or, I can have the two columns (A and N) to another column.

for example,
In column N = http://maps.google.com/
In Column A = Google Maps

Desired Outcome = Google Maps

Thanks

Can Excel fill bagel flavors?
You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
Hello,

Thank you for the quick reply! The formula seemed to work, however when clicking on the cell, I am not directed to the link.

Thanks again

I tested before posting using your example and on clicking on the link I was taken to the Google Maps website, albeit with a delay of several seconds.
