I have a number of individual spreadsheets which report on various contracts and a spreadsheet that picks up information from all the individual sheets to provide a cumulative report.

I therefore have a master copy for each of the sheets which are saved as the new week commencing date when created.

However when creating the new cumulative sheet the links will obviously refer to the previous weeks spreadsheets. Is there a way to change all the links when creating the new spreadsheet?

Help.....?

It´s not an easy task to achieve however one manual solution is to
Use Edit | Links... and change the reference from "Book1" into "Book2".

This will delete the links, leaving the names referencing ranges in "Book2".

Or, perhaps a better way is to use the command Edit | Replace... :)

Kind regards,
Dennis
