I'm building a model for sales people where they are tracking revenue across a certain period. I'm using vlookup tables to do this. Currently they select a month from a drop down menu & revenue is tracked for the last 24 months. Is there a way to have another drop down menu, whereby the salesperson can select the period they want monitored - e.g. last 6 months, last 12 months, last 24 months??

many thanks!

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.

Yes. You just need to set up a separate formula or set of formulas for every possible option they can select. I suggest you limit them to a small range of options, e.g. the three you have listed.
