HI

I am running a performance spreadsheet/Dashboard using pivots from a data source, I have been requested for a dropdown (Month selector) which changes the pivot table, is this possible without the end user having to manually change it in the pivot?

The dropdown is to be placed on the main dashboard.

I can provide any information required.

Thank you in advance.

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
Hi,

You could do that through VBA. The specific code will depend on whether the Months field is in the Report Filters area or another area; and whether you need to select single items or multiple items.

If your users have xl2010 or later, check out Slicers- they can provide a very user-friendly interface.
