HI,
I have a problem, which I hope is easy to solve. I have four columns of data. In column A is a model code, column B lists the options of that model, Column C is the color of the model, and Column D is the Trim level.

My problem is that in column B, all the option codes are grouped together and separated by a comma. I can have 35 or 40 option codes in one cell.
What I would like to do is separate each option code in column B so that each option is in it's own cell. The options codes need to go down the column and start over at each new model code. An example of the data is at the bottom of the page.
Thanks,
Jason

Pivot Table Drill Down
Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number
that seems to work, but it deletes my data in column c and d. Also, is there a way to make the options go down the column instead of across the rows?

When using text to columns, insert to the right the number of blank columns that will be needed to accomodate the number of possible models. Then do text to columns
