Here's my formula: ="XXXXXXXXX xxx xxxx xxx xxx xx: "&FIXED(C190,1)&""
So the last bit is a number with one decimal, all the x's are text. How do I write the formula to change the number to red with a "-" when it's negative, and black with a "+" when it's a positive number?
I've tried incorporating this into the formula, but it hasn't worked: +#,##0.0_);[Red]-#,##0.0_)
