character created in cell with using the userform transfer code

Code in use shown below
When i complete the values in the userform & send to worksheet i see a character appear in the top left corner of the cell i ncolumn F "screen shot supplied"
On the userform the value in TextBox6 is sent to the cell in column B

Column B is formatted as CURRENCY
If i just type over what is there then the character is removed.

Can you advise please what i need to do so the value from the userform i placed into the cell with this character.
