Characters left

Hi,

I've been searching for this in the board but I've been able to find it yet.

I want to create a cell that basically shows how many characters the person using another cell has left to type.

For example. If a person is allowed to entered in 10 characters into cell A1, cell B1 will say "10 characters left." When they type in 3 characters into cell A1, cell B1 will say "7 characters left."
