I have a bar chart where the data being charted is based on a 3 column RAG status - Under, On Target, Over.

Column A is the date
Column B is the value if Under
Column C is the value if On Target
Column D is the value if Over

Where a value drops into one of the above, the remainder are blank. Basically there are 3 bars in each day but only one has a value.

I want to show the labels where there is a value but I am getting the labels for all 3 'values'.

Is there a way of turning off the 'nil' value labels.

I have tried to put NA() into my formula but this is being interpreted as 'nil' and a 0.00 label displays.

Thanks
Michael

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
Have you got formulas that drive the values? In my test I only show those with a value, separate colours for each band, datalabels not showing. If it is formulas, you could try changing the formula to return 0 and format the data labels as General;;
