chart from another worksheet

How can I create 10 line charts in worksheet 1 that will up date from the same cell in worksheet 2 every time I open both worksheets?

I assume that you are talking about workbooks, not worksheets.

The easy way:
Create the graph in worksheet B as a new sheet.
Move that chart into Worksheet A.

The link should be maintained.

You can then update it by updating your links. You will not need to open Workbook B.
