Chart Grouping coming Ungrouped

Hi Everyone,

I'm having an issue with two bar charts I created and grouped together. The issue is that every time I click in an area on one of the charts and try to move the charts just the one that I clicked on moves. I understand that if you click near the edge of the two charts an outter box appears that you can click on and move the two charts, but I'm looking for that effect to happen any time you click on anywhere in the two charts.

I'm going to be making one chart transparent and will be laying one on top of the other and this chart will be in the hands of quite a few people so I don't want them moving one and not the other. Any ideas?

Any luck on this? I can't figure out how to keep them from becoming ungrouped.
