Hello,

How do I get the horizontal axis on a chart to always show the newest data value (usually date)? This makes it easier to determine if the chart is up to date by looking at last data value, etc.

Thanks in advance.

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
To be honest I am not sure I understand your question - but if you need to determine when a chart was last updated just put the update date in the footer.

Sorry, I just want the last date to show up in the chart. If I update for April 2011, I want the furthest right label on the axis to be April 2011, not March 2011 or February 2011. Whatever the latest date is in the chart data, that's what I want to show up on the label.
