Chart labeler in 2003 ?

After moving from Office 2000 to Office 2003 the XY Chart Labeler does not list in the add-ins or macros area. Can someone help me to get it invoked?

I think my implementation of “Sub AutoScale_Off()” is still working fine.

Have you downloaded a recent version? Rob's Bovey's site is www.appspro.com

From my install log, the version should be current as of Jan. 14.

Many people refer to the chart labeler, and many people use Excel 2003. Thanks to Tushar for the idea, but will somebody please continue to help me find a solution to the problem.
