I have a chart that has 2 series (Budget - The green column & Spend - The blue column) where I want to hide labels where there is a zero value.

I also need to show the label to 1 decimal place of the unit type (thousands) but where I have applied the number format of '#""' to the Spend column, it shows with no decimal places.

Is there a way to hide zero values but also have with x decimal places?

TIA

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
Use a number format of 0.0;;;. The number format has four elements separated by semicolons. The first element is positive numbers, the second is negative numbers, the third is for zero values, and the fourth is for text. Since only the first element has any format, the others (including your zero values) will be suppressed.
