How to make the create a chart as new sheet which takes the full screen.

Ambidextrous Undo
Undo last command with Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace. If you use the Undo icon in the QAT, open the drop-down arrow to undo up to 100 steps.
Do you mean for printing or viewing?

Printing - select the chart and then print.
Screen resolution - don't know if this works with charts but you can try it

Step 4 of the Chart Wizard is Chart Location. Default is "As Object in the Sheet". Click on the "As new sheet" radio button. Is that what you meant?
