Chart not Expanding with Table

I have a table, which I will be adding new data too. It was my understanding that charts that get their data from a table automatically update the data range as new data is added to the table. However, that is not the case with me. I have tried a lot of stuff, but no matter what I do I cannot get the chart to expand to include the new data added to the table.

I have watched a bunch of videos on youtube and it seems when anyone else uses data from a table when creating a chart the chart updates. I cannot get it to work.
