Chart Picture can't be viewed in Excel 2007

I created a chart in Excel 2003 using the indirect function on a picture. It works great on 2003. But when I send it out to a user who is using Excel 2007 it doesn't work and the charts are not displayed on the picture when I use the dropdown. Please see attached chart.

Looking for help on how to view my excel 2003 chart on excel 2007
