Good morning or afternoon everyone,

I am trying to find a way to chart monthly inspection totals per person and i want to show how many total inspection per month and how many physical inspections as well.
is their a way to add one bar for physical and one for total?
or to have each persons bar two different colors to reflect the physical and total inspections.
this is what I use to pull the data for total inspections.
=SERIES('Inspector Monthly Stats'!$Z$1:$AE$1,'Inspector Monthly Stats'!$B$3:$B$14,'Inspector Monthly Stats'!$AE$3:$AE$15,4)

Thanks for any help you can give me.

Excel Facts

Back into an answer in Excel
Use Data, What-If Analysis, Goal Seek to find the correct input cell value to reach a desired result
would a grouped stacked chart be of any use? For each user, the physical inspections, with the remainder on top, grouped by month.

Do a search on Excel grouped stacked charts to find out how to do that.

if you post your data as a mini worksheet using the xl2bb add in (link below) you will probably get many quick replies.
In worst case you could paste your data into a table.

The forum needs to recreate your scenario which takes time and can have errors. So please help the forum help you.

Thanks in advance.
