Hello,
I have a load of chart objects on a sheet that are hidden and shown with some macros.
The issue i have (every now and again) is that when i unhide the rows and the chart the chart area appears as i expect but the plot area shrinks down to a very thin line.

Is there any reason that they do this? Can i do anything to either prevent this from happening or change them to resize after unhide?

I'm sorry if this doesnt makes sense!! Thanks to anyone who can assist.

Excel Facts

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
Hi,

Try this:

Right click on the chart, click on "Format Chart Area", goto "Properties" and click "Don't move or size with cells"

FFS!!!!
I can't believe that was it! Aaarrrggghh!
Did that and it seems to be working okay now (no resizing)!!
Thanks for your help JamesW, much appreciated.
I will try and refrain from posting stupid questions in future (note the word 'try').
Thanks again!
