I am using Excel 2007. My data is fairly simple, I have about 5 headers in columns across the top of the spreadsheet (Materials Expense, Travel Expense, etc) with a grand total at the end in a "Total" column. My rows are two different fiscal years FY08 and FY09 with amounts under each of the headers.
When I make a simple bar chart and include the "Totals" column it makes all the other bars very small...some you can't even see while the "Totals" bars (one for each year) reaches all the way to the top of the chart. What I would like to do is have a 2nd Y axis for just the "Totals" so that the "Totals" bar does not dwarf the individual categories. When I try to do this it throws the "Totals" bars right in the middle of the chart and not at the end of the chart like I would like it to be.
Is there a way to accomplish my desired outcome?
