Chart y-scale

I have a worksheet with many line graphs and it seems like sometimes the graphs automatically adjust the y-scale minimum to zero when they shouldn't which causes the lines to get very scrunched together. Could there be something I could change with the graph settings so that it doesn't do that? The graph's data constantly changes so I can't have a pre-set minimum. I wrote code for updating the y-scale minimum whenever the data is changed, but now I can't undo.

That webpage describes so far what I did - I added code to the Worksheet_Change event and updated the y-axis scale based on the new minimum I found in the data range. However, because code is run when data changes, I can't undo anymore. Is there any way I can get these charts to update automatically and be able to undo?
