Charting Help Needed

I need a pie chart that will show percent of violations disputed.
Within disputed, how many disputed violations were won.

Can this be done in one chart?

Here's a sample data set.

Who is Mr Spreadsheet?
Author John Walkenbach was Mr Spreadsheet until his retirement in June 2019.
It sort of can but you have to condition the data a little,
Create two columns like this
Column A
Not Disputed
Disputed
Won
lost

Then in column B put the data relevant to the labels in column A

Then highlite the whole table and use the chart wizard to pick a Pie cart then a Pie of Pie.

This will create one large Pie on the left and a smaller pie on the right, double click on the pie itself and pick options to reformat the data series and labels to get the right categories in each pie.

I hope this helps I know it is not quite what you wanted
