We have several charts in Excel that we need to convert the axis to represent per hundred or thousand. When we run our axis may have the number .02345. We would like to display this as 2.345 without touching our original data. Is there a way to convert the scales in Excel? Another software that we uses does this by assigning a scaling factor to the axis.

Copy PDF to Excel
Select data in PDF. Paste to Microsoft Word. Copy from Word and paste to Excel.
Don't touch your original values... multiply them by 100 in a separate column and use that column in your chart.
