Hi there,

I have a problem with a check box. I am creating check boxes and ticking them but i need to create a formula when a check box is checked calculate the amount of Row 3 EXAMPLE. Kindly help me.

Use the linked cell property of the check box. This then gives you true/false in the linked cell, depending on whether the box is ticked or not.

Use the true/false with an if statement to calculate (=if(a1=true,"do something","do nothing")
