I have created six check box's on my first sheet named "ASK !" what i want to do is hide - unhide worksheets dependant on whether or not a check box is ticked. ie if check box 1 is ticked then sheet 2 and 3 would be visable and if check box 2 is ticked sheets 3 and 4 would be visable.

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.

Have a play around with something like this

Application.ScreenUpdating = False

Sheets("Sheet3").Activate
ActiveSheet.Visible = False

You will need to create a macro and copy the above into it, then attach it to your checkbox.

Just change the visible line to True/False, depending on whether you want to hide/unhide

Application.ScreenUpdating = False
If Range("a1").Value = "True" Then

Sheets("Sheet3").Activate
ActiveSheet.Visible = True
End If
If Range("a1").Value = "False" Then

Sheets("Sheet3").Activate
ActiveSheet.Visible = False
End If
