Check column header and add if needed?

Hi all,

My data sheet has my column headers in row 1. How can I have VBA check each column in row 1 and if it doesn't find a column with the header "CPT" in row 1, it will add a column at column G and put "CPT" in G1?

   If Fnd Is Nothing Then
      Range("G:G").EntireColumn.Insert
      Range("G1").Value = "CPT"
