Hi Excel gurus,
I am totally new to VBA and would like to get your advice on the following:
Background: An Excel tracker with the following sample fields is shared amongst multiple users to monitor hiring. Data is to be keyed in on an ongoing basis, adding of a few rows at the bottom when there are candidates/ new hires.
Output: To prompt a message alert box to user, only to the row he/she is keying in, with specific to columns say A, B, C when the cells are empty. E.g: User is now at row 100, but she left cell A100 blank. How can i have an alert prompt that A100 is blank?
(In this case, because B100 and C100 have data, so message alert box will only prompt for A100)
Please also include this condition: There are also cells on top which were left blank previously by other users, but Excel will only prompt for the new row being added, in this case Row 100, and specific to col.A, B, C when they are blank.
Your help is really appreciated, i have been trying to look for VBA codes to run but I do not know how, thank you so much for your help!!
