Hi.

Wanted to come up with a formula that will check the progress or status of some tasks for a particular sales rep.

So for example. If one task states its 'In progress' and another 'Due' for the month of Nov.

How many in December now have the status 'Completed' Ultimately we want to check how tasks have been completed in that month by that Property manager

Capture 1 is the source data.
Capture 2 is where I want the formula to be written.

So my end result is that I have two columns. One column (BO) that shows me the breakdown for the previous month at task level. The next column (BP) shows me how many of those tasks have been 'completed' in December for that property manager. I can figure out Column BO. Just don't know how to check the for the change in status.

Any questions let me know.
