I want to check if a range("a1") contains a numeric character. Example:
if A1 = "asef45adsf" then answer is True
if A1 = adjsfaff" then answer is False

Thanks!

Excel Facts

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
and another VBA one:

Code:
Function ContainsNumber(r As String) As Boolean
With CreateObject("vbscript.regexp")
    .Pattern = "\d"
    ContainsNumber = .Test(r)
End With
End Function

... and another:

Code:
Function HasDigit(s As String)
HasDigit = s Like "*#*"
End Function
