Good Afternoon,

I have a certification process which has 3 main phases with sub level phases.

For each of the main phases, there are 3/4 sublevel phases to be completed until the main phase has been completed.

I.E. Main Phase 1 - needs : sub level 1, sub level 2 and sub level 3 need to be completed before completion of Main Phase 1 is completed.

Once Main Phase 1 is completed, Main Phase 2 needs to be completed and so on.

What I am creating is a tracker. In this tracker, an indicator will highlight when each main phase is complete.

What I need from you, is a an if statement which will check when each phase is complete and return a value.

Any advice is appreciated.
