Problem i have is formula only searching m2 for match but need it to check m2:m19 this is all way out of my knowledge

{=IF(IF(ISERROR(INDEX('RD Rota'!\$A:\$H,SMALL(IF('RD Rota'!\$C:\$C=Coverage!\$K\$24,ROW('RD Rota'!\$C:\$C)),ROW(1:1)),2)),"",INDEX('RD Rota'!\$A:\$H,SMALL(IF('RD Rota'!\$C:\$C=Coverage!\$K\$24,ROW('RD Rota'!\$C:\$C)),ROW(1:1)),2))=M2:M19," ",INDEX('RD Rota'!\$A:\$H,SMALL(IF('RD Rota'!\$C:\$C=Coverage!\$K\$24,ROW('RD Rota'!\$C:\$C)),ROW(1:1)),2))

if a match is found in m2:m19 leave cell blank if not put formula answer in cell

### Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
Hello xboxpacman,

I was able to get a result by replacing all the \$C:\$C with \$C1:\$C999999 (or to last data row in column C as opposed to 999999).

'Great day,

Luke
