Problem i have is formula only searching m2 for match but need it to check m2:m19 this is all way out of my knowledge

{=IF(IF(ISERROR(INDEX('RD Rota'!$A:$H,SMALL(IF('RD Rota'!$C:$C=Coverage!$K$24,ROW('RD Rota'!$C:$C)),ROW(1:1)),2)),"",INDEX('RD Rota'!$A:$H,SMALL(IF('RD Rota'!$C:$C=Coverage!$K$24,ROW('RD Rota'!$C:$C)),ROW(1:1)),2))=M2:M19," ",INDEX('RD Rota'!$A:$H,SMALL(IF('RD Rota'!$C:$C=Coverage!$K$24,ROW('RD Rota'!$C:$C)),ROW(1:1)),2))

if a match is found in m2:m19 leave cell blank if not put formula answer in cell

Excel Facts

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.
Hello xboxpacman,

I was able to get a result by replacing all the $C:$C with $C1:$C999999 (or to last data row in column C as opposed to 999999).

'Great day,

Luke
