Hi,

I'm using a barcode scanner app on my fone to populate an excel sheet with items that need to be scanned, and scanned again when they're returned. Each scan results in a new row. I'm hoping to find a way to tick off, or green up the items that have been returned, when they're scanned back. This would then show me very quickly the outstanding items. Could some suggest the best way to go about this please?

Thanks a lot.

Rizla

Excel Facts

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
So this is what the data looks like on a row when i initially scan the barcode;

Bag NumberDect Kit 1Dect 2Dect Kit 3Date DeliveredDate Returned
1ATH060ATHB07825/01/2021
2ATH157ATHB157TLB09425/01/2021

And when i start scanning the kits back in;

2ATH157ATHB157TLB09425/01/202126/01/2021
4ATHB091ATH15225/01/202126/01/2021

Can anybody give me a code example that would 'green up' or tick off Kit Number 2 on the first table when i scanned it back please?

Thanks a lot.

Rizla

P.S I should mention that some bags contain either 2 or 3 Dect Kit Units, that's why some are missing a third barcode scan under Dect Kit 3.
